Recreational division is comprised of new to experienced players with past hockey experience playing recreational adult hockey or former high school/minor hockey excited to get back to the game we love in a fun, yet challenging atmosphere.
Competitive division is comprised of former University, Junior or experienced players currently playing at a equivalent Senior B/C level looking for a fun, yet competitive challenge. It is at the discretion of the MWHL executive whether or not a player can safely move up from the recreational division to the competitive division due to ability and pace of play.
Please note: If you are a recreational player you may play on a competitive team as a spare if they are short players for extra ice time. However, if you are registered as a competitive player, you can not play in the recreational division.
